Call for Extended Abstracts

Abstract submissions are now closed.

 Important Dates:

  • Submission deadline: 21 October 2024
  • Notification of acceptance: Abstracts will be reviewed continuously as they are received, with notifications sent to authors on 8 October, 15 October, 19 October and 22 October 2024.

Abstract Review & Publication
All abstracts will undergo peer review. Accepted submissions will be published through AUT’s Tuwhera Open Access platform and will be assigned DOIs and an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).

Registration Information
Abstract registration includes access to all technical sessions, tutorials, workshops, panels, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and the banquet during the main conference (December 2 – December 6).

IMPORTANT: Each accepted abstract MUST BE REGISTERED and PRESENTED as a poster to be included in the open access extended abstract publication. The presenting author must be able to attend the conference in-person to present their poster. All poster presentation sessions will take place IN-PERSON and NOT ONLINE.
